Tangerang, September 30, 2026 - The 41
st Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2026 marked its final
preparations through a Technical Meeting and Press Conference at ICE BSD City, Tangerang Regency, Banten,
on Wednesday (30/9). The sessions brought together exhibitors, government representatives, the organizing
team, and media ahead of the exhibition on 14 - 18 October 2026.
The Technical Meeting provided exhibitors with information on technical arrangements and participation
procedures for TEI 2026. The session featured an event report delivered by Mr. Vibiadhi Swasti Pradana, MTIM,
President Director of PT Debindomulti Adhiswasti, followed by remarks from Mrs. Fajarini
Puntodewi, S.H., M.Si., Director General of National Export Development, Ministry of Trade of the Republic of
Indonesia.
The technical explanation of TEI 2026 was delivered by Mr. Nabil Ramadhana, Digital & Business Development
Manager of PT Debindomulti Adhiswasti, together with Mrs. Vicky Fierezza Octora and Mr. Rayhan Yasser Usman,
Senior Account Executives of PT Debindomulti Adhiswasti. The session continued with a question-and-answer
session, followed by a visit to the exhibition hall to familiarize exhibitors with the venue.
The Press Conference presented the latest updates on TEI 2026 participation and preparation.
Mrs. Fajarini Puntodewi, S.H., M.Si. and Mrs. Zelda Wulan Kartika, Senior Advisor to The Foreign Minister
on Economic Diplomacy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, delivered remarks.
Mr. Vibiadhi Swasti Pradana, MTIM, President Director of PT Debindomulti Adhiswasti, presented the Report on
the Preparation of Trade Expo Indonesia 2026.
As of 29 September 2026, international buyers from 113 countries had registered to attend TEI 2026. A total
of 1,533 Indonesian businesses, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), had registered as
exhibitors as of 25 September 2026. Food, Beverages & Agriculture Products recorded the highest number with
754 exhibitors, followed by Fashion & Craft with 448 exhibitors, Manufactured Products with 183 exhibitors,
Furniture & Home Decor with 85 exhibitors, and Industrial Estate with 63 exhibitors.
Buyer participation is led by India, followed by China, Nigeria, Malaysia, and Egypt, with support from Indonesian
diplomatic and trade representatives overseas. Preparations have included exhibitor recruitment and curation, buyer
acquisition, business pitching, and business matching activities. As of 21 September 2026, 17 pitching and business
matching preparation sessions had involved 17 Indonesian representatives and trade representatives overseas.
TEI 2026 will feature Indonesian export products, business counselling, business matching, business forums,
MoU and trade contract signings, investment commitments, and the Media Award. The exhibition will occupy
16,656 square meters and target potential transactions of USD 17.5 billion, approximately 1,500 exhibitors,
and 30,000 visitors.
